Delete your Motif Log account

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This page is for the Motif Log apps with the package name com.chainjoy.motif. The privacy policy is at privacy.html.

Delete in the app

1. Open Motif Log and sign in.
2. Open the account page.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

That deletes the Motif Log account and its projects, factors, records, and reminders from our servers, and clears the cache on that phone. It does not delete accounts in our other apps.

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email coorzcustomer@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in. Use the subject line Delete my Motif Log account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which one. We delete an account we can match within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app only removes the copy on the phone. It does not delete the account on our servers.

What we delete

• The account, including the email address and the Apple or Google identifier.
• Projects, factor names, notes, and confirmed record values.
• The push token used for reminders.

What we keep

• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. We cannot delete those.
• Routine server logs, such as an IP address and the time of a request, may remain for up to 30 days. Those logs are not used to restore the account.

Original photos and voice recordings are not kept on our servers.
