Delete your Kinreel account

This page is for the Kinreel apps with the package name com.chainjoy.kinreel. The privacy policy is at privacy.html.

Delete in the app

1. Open Kinreel and sign in.
2. Open the menu on the studio page.
3. Choose Delete and confirm.

That removes the Kinreel account, photos, prompts, and videos from our servers, and clears the cache on that phone. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that in the store. It does not delete accounts in our other apps.

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email coorzcostumer@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in. Use the subject line Delete my Kinreel account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which one. We delete an account we can match within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app only removes the copy on the phone. It does not delete the account on our servers.

What we delete

• The account, including the email address and the Apple or Google identifier.
• The photos you uploaded, the interaction text, and the finished videos.
• The push token used to tell you a clip is ready.

What we keep

• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. We cannot delete those.
• Routine server logs, such as an IP address and the time of a request, may remain for up to 30 days. Those logs are not used to restore the account.
