Delete your Ashmere account

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Ashmere is an adult roleplay chat app published by ChainJoy. This page is for the iOS and Android apps with the package name com.chainjoy.ashmere.chat. It explains how to ask us to delete the account and what happens to the data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to coorzcustomer@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Ashmere account.
3. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which one, and include the name you set inside the app.

We delete the account within 30 days of a request we can match to it. Uninstalling the app only removes the copy on the phone. It does not delete the account on our servers.

What we delete

• The account, including the email address and the Apple or Google identifier.
• The name and note you set for yourself.
• Messages, memories, and characters you created.
• Pictures, voice, and short clips generated for the account and stored by us.
• The push token used for reminders.

What we keep

• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. We cannot delete those.
• Routine server logs, such as an IP address and the time of a request, may remain for up to 30 days. Those logs are not used to restore the account.
