Ashmere child safety standards

Ashmere is an adult roleplay chat app published by ChainJoy, package name com.chainjoy.ashmere.chat. It is only for people 18 and older. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The privacy policy is at privacy.html.

Standards

• We do not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form, including text, images, voice, or video.
• Every character must be an adult. The app refuses a character, image, or conversation that sexualizes anyone under 18.
• We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
• We remove confirmed CSAE content and disable the account that posted it.

How to report in the app

Open You and choose Report AI content. Paste the text or attach the picture. Use this for child safety concerns as well as other harmful AI content. We review those reports.

What we do with a report

We review reports of child sexual abuse material. When we confirm it, we remove the content, ban the account, preserve what the law requires, and report it to the relevant regional or national authority, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where that applies.

Ashmere complies with child safety laws that apply to the app, including laws that require reporting confirmed child sexual abuse material to authorities.
