Privacy Policy for Soul Beeds

Soul Beeds is a wish-bead counter published by ChainJoy (“we”). This policy explains what the iOS and Android apps with the package name com.chianjoy.app.prayer.beads collect, and why. It does not cover any other ChainJoy app.

What we collect

• Account. The app works without an email. If you add an email, or sign in with Apple or Google, we store that email and the identifier those services return. A nickname and an avatar are stored if you set them.
• Wishes. The wish text, the bead count, and any note stay on the phone. We do not upload the wish text.
• Rooms. If you join a room, the server stores your nickname, avatar, and bead counts for that room. The wish text is not part of the room.
• Photos. A photo you choose for your avatar is uploaded and stored so it can be shown in a room. We keep a smaller copy of the same photo.
• Purchases. Apple or Google process the payment. We receive the product id and a transaction id so Plus, the quiet pack, or a spin speed can be granted on that phone. We do not receive your card number.
• Reminders. If you turn on a daily reminder, Apple or Google may give the app a push token. We store that token with your time zone, the language of the app, and the time of day. The notification we send does not include the wish text. If you allow the calendar, the app writes a daily event on a calendar named Soul Beeds. That event on the phone can include the wish.
• Technical data. An install id, IP address, and basic request data the server needs to answer the app.

How we use it

We use this information to keep your sign-in, show your name and avatar in a room, deliver a purchase, and send a reminder you allowed. We do not sell personal information. The app does not show ads.

Analytics

The app can send product events to Firebase Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) SDK, and JustTrack. Those services may receive an advertising identifier, IP address, device model, language, and how you use the app, under their own policies:

On iOS, the advertising identifier is available only if you allow tracking.

Where data is stored

Account, room, and reminder records for Soul Beeds are stored at api.echo-ai.chat, in a database used only by this app. They are not mixed with accounts from our other apps. Wish text stays on the phone.

Children

Soul Beeds is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can use the app without an email, turn the reminder off, and refuse the photo library, calendar, or notifications. Signing out clears the email and the Apple or Google sign-in on that install. It does not delete wishes on the phone. To delete the account from our server, use Delete account in the app and type the confirmation it asks for. That removes the email, sign-in, push token, and reminder. A nickname or avatar already shown in a room can remain with that room. Wish text on the phone stays.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and post the new version on this page.
